for JetBlue Airlines

“This is a student-concept for a Sheridan Pilon School of Business
Digital Marketing Course”.
Both the airlines, Alaska airlines as well as JetBlue
airlines are doing great job in their social media marketing. If I were a part
of the digital marketing department of JetBlue Airlines I would like to give my
idea launching a new campaign.
My campaign’s name will be “Have New Year Resolution with JetBlue”. This campaign will be
launched on 31st December and will be for all the travellers
travelling with the JetBlue Airlines on that day. Every traveller will be asked
to write their New Year resolutions on a page and fold that. Lucky draw will be
taken and 5 lucky travellers whose resolutions will be taken out. Out of these
resolutions, the writer of the one resolution that will be the best will be
chosen for a prize. The prize will be that the lucky winner will get 60% off on
their next flight with JetBlue Airlines and not only this, they will be given
business class ticket.
Not only this, this campaign will also be for our social
media followers. They can write their New Year resolutions in the comments
section and the best resolution will be the winner and will be chosen for the
prize.
My audience are the travellers of the JetBlue Airlines and
the social media followers.
I am planning to launch this event on the last day of the
year on Facebook and Instagram as these social media platforms are most popular
these days and this will help in reaching the last number of people.
I am expecting to get millions of likes and comments on this
campaigns as well as large number of shares. This will definitely engage my
audience as they will spend time on thinking and writing the best new resolution
in order to win the contest.
